Sofia became a recipe tester by accident. She used to follow an amazing recipe site, called Leites Culinária and noticed they were looking for recipe testers. She filled out the form and soon after received an email congratulating her for being accepted to an amazing group of foodies and chefs. From that point on she ended up testing for a variety of well known chefs.

A Recipe Tester may sound glamorous, yet it is a very tedious job, where one has to be very detail oriented, patient and organized. One may have to redo the same recipe up to 10 times, and in a variety of weather conditions, especially with baking recipes.

As a recipe developer, one has first to understand the culinary style of our client, then create a recipe that follows the same scheme, feel and style.
