This week’s pre-prepared meals are inspired by rustic home cooking from France, Portugal, and Tunisia, designed to bring comfort, depth of flavor, and simplicity straight to your table.
All meals are prepared fresh, portioned for 2 people, and available for collection at our weekly pick-up points.

The lentil soup is based on the classic green lentils slowly simmered with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs like thyme and bay leaf. Finished with olive oil for richness and depth.
The chicken fricassée is a classic French stew: tender chicken pieces gently cooked in a creamy white sauce made with stock, onion, garlic, and a touch of cream or butter, served with golden roasted potatoes.

🇵🇹 MENU 2 – Portuguese Comfort Classics

A timeless Portuguese pairing.
The cream of watercress (sopa de agrião) is a light, nourishing blend of potatoes, onion, garlic, and fresh watercress, finished with olive oil for a smooth and earthy flavour.
The Bacalhau à Gomes Sá is one of Portugal’s most beloved dishes: shredded salted cod baked with sliced potatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, black olives, and topped with hard boiled egg. A true classic from northern Portuguese culinary tradition.

A vibrant Tunisian-inspired vegetarian menu.
Al’jouk is a warm preparation of zucchini and red pepper, seasoned with garlic, olive oil, and spices, served with soft pita-style bread.
The couscous is light and fluffy, mixed with seasonal vegetables and finished with homemade harissa — a North African chilli paste made from spicy peppers, garlic, spices, and olive oil — adding gentle heat and complexity.
Fresh, aromatic, and plant-forward.
