🌿 TerrAjuda – Weekly menu (13.05.26) 🌿

Dear community,

As I told you all last week, on Thursday I traveled to Porto so to attend and volunteer at OncoSummit as well as to give a workshop on how to make energetic cocoa balls as the principles of cabbage fermentation. If you would like to follow what will be happening at the OncoSummit, you can check their instagram account, or through TerrAjuda account, as I will try to share as much as I can.

Therefore next week´s prepared meals will only be delivered in the Lisbon area on the 13th and the Cascais and Sintra area on the 14th.

Where will this week’s menu take you?

Well, as I just ordered a large amount of cilantro from the organic farm in Sintra, Albardeira to make more Harissa, why not create a smooth cream of cilantro as a starter, followed by a broiled fish I will find that day at the market, which could be seabream, horsel mackeral ou simply mackerel with lemon, garlic and once again thyme from my own garden. Let´s jump to Italy to enjoy a Minestrone soup with in-season and local, followed by one of my absolute favorite dishes, Maiale al Latte with mashed carrot and sweet potato. For a vegetarian night, we will go with tasted inspired by the Indian culture with a cucumber yogurt salad, followed by Dahl served with Basmati rice and roasted cauliflower. As usual, The focus is on simple ingredients, careful preparation, and flavors that feel like home.

All meals are freshly prepared, ensuring quality and taste, and are portioned for 2 people. They are available for collection at our weekly pick-up points.

Soups will be delivered in plastic containers, while main dishes come in aluminum trays, ready to go straight into the oven — a practical and convenient solution for everyday life.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by the total amount to be paid. If you require an invoice, please make sure to select the appropriate option in the order form.

The cilantro cream soup is smooth and comforting, topped with crispy garlic croutons that add warmth and texture to this fresh and aromatic starter.

The broiled fish of the day is gently seasoned with lemon and thyme, served alongside mixed vegetables for a light, balanced, and nourishing main dish that celebrates simple Portuguese flavors.

Light, comforting, and naturally satisfying.

🍲 Minestroni Soup

🐖 Maiale al Latte served with mashed carrot and sweet potato

A menu perfect for that cooler spring night.

The minestrone soup is hearty and nourishing, filled with seasonal vegetables and slow-cooked flavors that bring warmth and comfort to every spoonful.

The maiale al latte is slowly cooked until tender in a delicate mustard and milk sauce, served with creamy mashed carrot and sweet potato for a rich and comforting main dish inspired by traditional Italian cooking.

Warm, rustic, and full of Italian comfort.


🇮🇳 MENU 3 – An Indian Inspired comfort meal

🥒 Cucumber yogurt salad with mint leaves

🍛 Spiced stewed lentils (Indian-style dal) served with Basmati rice and roasted cauliflower

A fresh, light, and nourishing menu.

The cucumber raita is fresh and cooling, combining yogurt, cucumber, and mint into a light and refreshing starter inspired by traditional Indian flavors.

The dal-style lentils are slow-cooked with warming spices and served with fragrant basmati rice and roasted cauliflower, creating a comforting and nourishing main dish full of depth and balance.

Fresh, wholesome, and gently spiced.
