OncoSummit is more than just an event 💛

It’s a place where people learn, share, and, most importantly, support one another.
This year I’ll be heading to Porto to volunteer at OncoSummit. That really matters to me — being able to give some of my time to something that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
Along my journey, I also completed a certification in oncology lifestyle through the AIM Cancer Center, which really completed my path of studies and shaped how I see food, health, and caring for the body.
All of this — my personal experience, what I learn, and the people I meet — directly influences what I do every week: my menus, catering, and personalized meals.
My menus are not just “food.”They’re a simple way to help build healthier habits.
Each week I try to:
use more plant-based ingredients 🌱
choose local and seasonal products
create balanced and accessible meals
Not just for those who have gone through illness, but even more importantly, as prevention — because small habits truly make a difference in the long run.
A little personal note ✨
I’ll be in Porto from May 7 to 11 (including my birthday 🥹), and I’ll take that time to be with my younger daughter, who’s studying classical guitar there.
After long, intense days at the summit, these family moments are what recharge me.
Because of this, meal pick-up that week will only be available on May 13.
What I take with me (and bring back)
Being at OncoSummit allows me to:
keep learning
stay up to date with what’s happening in cancer care
exchange experiences with others
bring back practical ideas for everyday life
And most importantly… come back with even more tools to support you 💛
