A great start of the week

☀️Yesterday we spent the day at the Carnival Art Market of Wonders! We were fortunate to have a full day of sun in Cascais. ☀️

Meeting people from around the world is amazing, especially talking various languages and even enjoying talking to people from places I lived in. But better than any of this, is to see the people´s faces and reactions as they try some of the sauces we were selling. This is what warms my heart. People realizing that the mixes I create elevates their taste bugs to a higher place!

The highlight for me, was at the end when the owner Anna of 🥬 Galeria House of Wonder 🥬, which by the way is an AMAZING vegetarian restaurant, came over and as she was trying the sauces , right away got a few so to spend the day testing them for using them in their menu!

🥣 Today is the start of a new week, which is starting with half a day creating meal preps for a family of five.🥣

Throughout the week I will be spending my time with other meal preps, creating new recipes and sauces for future markets and clients.
